International Orders
Orders outside the UK may incur customs fees, which are not included in the delivery charge. Fees are set by your country’s border control and must be paid before your order is released. You’ll see the customs fee at checkout.

Payment Methods
Payment is captured as soon as your order is placed. To cancel, contact us for a refund.

Payment Apps: Alipay, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Klarna.
No banking info passes through our site; all payments are secure via our financial partners.
Klarna Options:

Pay within 30 days with no fees or interest.

Klarna performs a soft credit check (does not affect your rating).
Changing or Cancelling Orders
You have a 14-day right of return starting the day after you receive your goods (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Returning an order:

Free returns?
Not currently. Use insured, traceable delivery.
Faulty items:
Email us before returning and include photos. Highlight the fault in your return form.
Cancelled orders:
You’ll receive an email with the reason; no charge for cancelled items.
Refunds:
Processed within 14 days of receiving your return. Payment providers may take 7–10 days to reflect the refund.
